I paid $15.99 for the La Terra Fina Quiche 2-Pack. About $8 per quiche. Not exactly the cheapest thing and a little on the expensive side but if you want a really convenient quiche you can bake at home, this is it.

Super simple to heat up in the oven! 375 for 25-28 minutes and add an additional 10 minutes if you froze your quiche, yes you can freeze the quiche! We had this for dinner but you could also have it for breakfast, lunch or brunch! The best before date was about 3 weeks from the date we purchased the quiche.

Thank you! I did increase the time but it was probably because I added veggies to the quiche (fresh mushrooms and spinach that I sauteed). I think the veggies released some extra liquid so the center still looked soggy at 1 hour. I sliced the quiche and left it in the oven for a few more minutes. It was a big hit at the party! Thanks!


can you freeze the liquid quiche (without the pie crust) in a container for future use? when you want to make you bake the crust and pour the defrosted quiche liquid into the shells or pie crust to bake?


I need 2 quiche for a luncheon in a couple of weeks. I also use MC frozen crusts. Worried about a soggy crust. Should I freeze unbaked for a week then bake or bake then freeze and bake frozen? Or bake 3 days ahead, refrigerate and reheat when I need?


We have been making quiche for years and often joke that we should change our name to "The Quiche Factory", it's just that good! Our crust is made from scratch. Chef Mario and Sous Chef Luis just grab a stainless steel bowl and by eye-sight place in flour, shortening, oil, water, sugar, salt and pepper. No recipe, just a feeling.
